Il Buco's "Sagra del Maiale" Pig Roast
Online sales have now ended - but don't worry, you can purchase your ticket at the event!  We are accepting cash or credit card for onsite purchases.

Please join Donna Lennard and the il Buco family to celebrate our annual "Sagra del Maiale"!

Sunday, September 24th
12pm - 6pm
47 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012

The event will take place on the cobblestone sidewalk outside il Buco.  Join us and the community to celebrate the arrival of Fall!

Proceeds from this years roast will benefit Edible School Yard NYC - the ground breaking nonprofit founded by Alice Waters that transform the hearts, minds, and eating habits of our youth.

All pigs are heritage breed and pasture raised by Flying Pig Farm of Battenkill River Valley, New York.

Dinner plates include an assortment of the following items:
Whole Slow Roasted Heritage Pig
Flying Pigs Porchetta Panini on Ciabatta with Blueberry Balsamic Mostarda
House-made Fossil Farms Apple Sausage
Panzanella Salad
Wild Arugula Salad
Pasta alla Genovese
Calçots with Romesco

Dessert:
Apple Ricotta Fritters with Saba

Alcohol Beverage:
Choice of wine or seasonal beer

Non-alcoholic Beverages:
Iced Tea
Lemonade
