Master Pairings: Brew Food Dinner & Book Signing
***This just in!*** As a special treat, we'll also be pouring samples of a very special beer: Green Flash/Pizza Port Carlsbad/Stone Highway 78 Scotch Ale aged in Scotch Whisky Barrels: "Chuck/Jeff/Mitch" Blend! This gorgeous beer deserves to have such a long and complicated name.
Last fall's Brew Food cookbook features beer-filled food recipes by local craft beer professionals and chefs. We invite you to join us for a special six-course dinnerstraight out of the book,featuring dishes created by our very own star contributors!.
We'll also have copies of Brew Food available for purchase, and our very own Stone contributors, Alex Carballo, Brandon Hernández, Mitch Steele, "Dr." Bill Sysak, and Randy Clemens will happily autograph them for you.
