Trash the Disco
TRASH THE DISCO
The best of British leftfield culinary talent have joined forces to lay on a one-off New Year's Eve culinary feast with a 90's disco twist. Neil Rankin (ex-Pitt Cue head chef), Matthew Chatfield (The Cornish Grill) and Carl Clarke (Disco Bistro, Rock Lobsta and The English Launderette) are 'Trashing the Disco' 90's style for fifty lucky diners at newly launched Disco Bistro EC4 in the heart of St Paul's. With a menu that includes Herradura tequila cocktails, whole crabs cooked straight on the coals to pull apart, Devon Ruby steaks with bone marrow bombs to chow down on and a bacon lardon laced PB&J ice cream to keep even 'the King' happy, the party starts as soon as the first dish arrives.
After dinner, to get the disco started in style, Dan Kahuna of the infamous Big Kahuna Burger, who gave Fatboy Slim his first DJ gig and helped launch the Chemical Brothers, will be spinning a host of 90's electro disco classics. Get on down...
