An Evening with John Gurda to Benefit BVCC
The BVCC will be hosting beloved Milwaukee historian (and Bay View neighbor!) John Gurda (www.johngurda.com) on September 13 for his talk, Smokestacks on the Lakefront: The History of Milwaukee's South Shore, at 88.9 Radio Milwaukee's Community Room in Walker's Point at 220 E. Pittsburgh Ave.
Join us for food, drinks a raffle and live music, followed by a lively talk on the South Shore's history with Mr. Gurda. Proceeds from tickets and raffle will benefit the Bay View Community Center's programs, which are in critical need of additional funding.
