The Escondido Tamale Festival is a celebration of Tamales and other great Latin foods. It's a reminder of the history of the Spanish and Mexican settlers and a show of appreciation for the traditions that have become part of our culture today. Mark your calendars and come to Escondido in North San Diego County for some traditional fun and the best tamales in Southern California!

VETERANS DAY CEREMONY
The Annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be begin Saturday, at 10am at the Wall of Courage in Grape Day Park followed by the Escondido Tamale Festival from 11am-5pm. The Veterans Day Ceremony will be presented by Escondidos Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1513, American Legion Post 149, and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 70. Come by and learn about your local veterans!
