"Zecca"
Brazilian Singer/Songwriter Zecca sold over 100,000 albums and rocked arenas packed with fans all over the US and Europe before emerging as a keyboard legend on New York's Downtown Scene two decades ago. His songs have rocked juke boxes in Milan, radio stations in Peru and gone Top Ten in Australia, winning him a unique reputation for fusing Soul Show tradition with punk-pop energy and intimate, heart-breaking lyrics. But the veteran of Solid Gold, American Bandstand and Merve Griffin hasn't had enough yet. With his long time partner Mike Mancuso on percussion and multi award winning Singer/Songwriter (including MAC and Tony nominations) Garry Novikoff, he launches a new show at Pangea combining his latest songs with fan favorites from past albums. Catch the wave, sing along and get set to be swept up in a great swirl of rhythm, melody and emotion on a hot summer night! Everybody into the pool.
All Sales Are Final.
Seating at Pangea is communal. Other guests may be seated at the table. There is a $20 per person food or beverage minimum at the tables. DINNER SEATING BEGINS AT 7:00PM.
Please arrive one half hour prior to the show and allow additional time if you are planning to have a dinner.
Late arrivals will be seated at management's discretion.
Downtown's intimate supper-club Pangea is the ultimate in alt, playing home to some of the best in alt cabaret. The New York Times recently called it a bohemian oasis not unlike the fabled Max's Kansas City from days gone by."
