The Dub Mission crew has decided to wrap up our residency at Elbo Room with our 21st Anniversary on Friday, September 8th. This does NOT mean we will no longer do shows. It does mean you should come check us at Elbo Room every 2nd Friday while you can. We cannot thank you enough for your incredible support over the years. We look forward to Friday, July 14th, Friday, August 11th, and our big bash on Friday, September 8th. More details to come. Forward is the only way!

DJ Sep is the founder, promoter, and main resident DJ at Dub Mission. For 22 years, Sep was also on Bay Area radio: first on the highly-influential college station, KUSF and later at Berkeleys public radio station, KPFA. She's the co-compiler of Babylon Is Ours: The USA in Dub, a collection of all-exclusive American dub tracks (Select Cuts Records). In 2009, Mochipet's Daly City Records released her remixes (with Jason Short) of "Get Your Dub Wet" featuring Juakali and Mista Chatman. Sep has won a Goldie Award (Bay Guardian) and been nominated for Best DJ (SF Weekly Music Awards). She has spun in London, Vancouver, Tijuana, New York, Washington DC, Miami, Portland, Seattle, and Los Angeles and has opened for the likes of Sly & Robbie, Lee Scratch Perry, The Wailers, Culture, Big Youth, Les Nubians, Rachid Taha, Kinky, and many others. www.soundcloud.com/djsep www.facebook.com/DJSep1
Robert Rankin has been a Reggae/Dancehall DJ and a Bay Area treasure for over 20 years.
