SPRING ALE FEST: APRIL 6TH, 2013
The Second Annual Spring Ale Fest returns on Saturday, April 6 from 2-6pm at Uppercut Gym (1324 Quincy Street,) in Northeast Minneapolis. This year will feature a partnership with Nice Ride Minnesota, our local non-profit bike share program. Not only will Spring Ale Fest feature 13+ local breweries and Stanley's Bar Room and Rusty Taco food trucks, but we will also help kick off the 2013 Nice Ride season.
Spring Ale Fest is proud to have many of the local breweries participating, including: [Northeast Minneapolis] Indeed, Northgate, Dangerous Man, 612Brew [Twin Cities] Harriet, Summit, Badger Hill, Herkimer, Barley Johns [Greater Minnesota] Third Street, Leech Lake [Wisconsin] Lucette, Rush River [and, out West] Grand Teton
Attendees can also enjoy the cool musical interludes of local up-and-comers White Dads, indoor bean bag toss (Cornhole), Spring Ale Fest Market, and Nice Ride Minnesota silent auction.
Tickets are $40 in advance, $50 on the day of the event. A special VIP session will take place from 1pm-5pm (1 hour early admission) and will feature an extra hour of tasting and a commemorative mug. VIP tickets can be purchased for $60. All ticket purchasers must be 21+ with valid picture ID. Attendees are encouraged to utilize the public transit system or bicycle parking. There will be free parking for attendees as well. The Spring Ale Fest was started in 2012 by craft beer lovers wanting to share their passion for the local brewing scene. This local pride has grown into a festival to support the breweries, non-profits, and food trucks that make Minnesota great. This year's Spring Ale Fest will be an opportunity to cheers those people that make it all possible.
