Afternoon Wine-Tasting to Support Blind Athletes

During this wine-tasting event, our group will have the restaurant to ourselves and will get to sample several excellent wines that will also be available for purchase. Attendees will also have the chance to enter a drawing for a wine basket and other prizes.

This is the last fundraiser before our men's goalball team travels to Fort Wayne, Indiana for the national championships and one of our athletes heads to the Youth World Championships in Hungary. In addition to supporting athlete travel, your participation in this event will help us to fund gym rental for practices and for our second Capital City Goalball Tournament, and will also enable us to purchase one or two used tandem bikes for our new cycling program beginning this year. Please help us to bring healthy, active lifestyles and the fun of sports to blind youth and adults throughout the DC area!
