Dumpling Galaxy Tasting Contest

On this Sunday afternoon we will have a tasting competition to see if you can identify the ingredients in dumplings purely by taste. You will be given a complete list of possible ingredients and will be asked to identify 3 for each dumpling.

Teams may be up to 6 people
-Please send a note with your team name and teammates if you sign up separately from your team
-Write "Free Agent" if you would like us to place you in a team
-If you want to be a lone wolf team of 1 write "Independent"

Grand Prize: Night of 1000 Dumplings*
1st Prize: Dumpling Galaxy book by Helen You and Max Falkowitz
2nd Prize: Envelope of cash

*Night of 1000 Dumplings allows up to 4 people eat up to 1000 dumplings within a 2 hour time period, valid for the 2017 calendar year. Please don't forget to tip.
