Vista Farmers Market Chef Guided Tour and Cooking Class Demo
My cooking demonstrations are up and running . . . please join us on 4/29/17 for a cooking demonstration of recipes featured at the Vista Farmer's Market Wellness Event.
For the past ten months, I have featured many tasty treats at the Vista Farmer's Market monthly Wellness Event. I am always asked if I will be teaching a class. Now that I have a venue, the classes are back. Our recipes will feature in season foods and the menu will vary depending on what the Farmer's Market seasonal items are available.
Recipes and tastings will be offered for this class are
Basil Pesto Bruschetta (April 2017),
Strawberry Chocolate Salad (Feburary 2017), and
Thai Red Curry Peanut Chicken (January 2017)
Please note that this event costs 25.00 and tickets can be purchased here on Brown Paper Tickets.
We will meet at the Vista Farmers Market at 11:30 am, as to shop for an hour and then drive to Estrella De Oro where the cooking class will be held in the Club House from 1 to 3.
