Swing Cats Benefit Cocktail Party
Swing to the music of the'40s with The Survivors Swing Band at this benefit cocktail party with dancing, hors d'oeuvres stations, silent auction and dance demonstration in the atmosphere of a 1940s nightclub. The Survivors gleefully carry on their mission to keep alive the music of Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Cole Porter and other musical giants of the 1930s and '40s.
Benefit for Branford Compassion Club feline rescue organization. Branford Compassion Club raises awareness about the importance of spay/neutering felines, aids in the adoption of homeless cats and cares for un-adoptable felines in area feral colonies. These cats are trapped, neutered and released into perpetual care of BCC volunteers. In addition to the thousands of cats adopted since BCC's founding in 1997, our Feline Rescue & Adoption Center has found homes for more than 1,500 cats since it opened in 2011.
Proceeds from benefit will be used for veterinary care and shelter supplies.
