TURKEY BASICS

Let chef Thomas McNaughton teach you all about prepping your turkey for the big day. Learn how to get the best of your bird and utilize all of its components on various delicious ways. In this class, chef Tom will discuss the proper cooking techniques (deep frying vs. roasting), brining methods and how to select the right bird for you! He'll also demonstrate the right carving technique.

Food: Meats & cheeses by salumeria.
Beverage: Prosecco, white & red.
Notes: Students will take home all of the ingredients needed for the perfect brine for the holidays!
