Nelson Condé will host the Fluid Cats modern jazz concert with live painting. World class performers from the Fluid will be led by master jazz guitarist Chris Crocco; saxophonist Kenny Brooks; percussionist Ian Froman; and bassist Peter Slavov. Cynthia McCusker, Art Director, assembles top artists to paint four fluid art pieces on canvas. Four "Jazz Cats" on stage and four "Art Cats" on the balcony will surround us with living color and sound - all improvised by professionals!! A portion of all proceeds go to the Mid Hudson Animal Aid (MHAA), a free range, no-kill cat sanctuary in Beacon, NY.

There will be a closing party at Russell Cusick's art studio located at Spire Studios. Mr. Cusick is a classically trained operatic baritone originally from California. His art incorporates oil and acrylic paints, acrylic resins and various substrates and is mounted on wood of various sizes and shapes.
This will be a high level artistic performance featuring authentic modern NYC jazz, and live action painting, while supporting a good cause.
