CANCELLED EVENT "Global Harmony & Friendship" - Live Music Event
(5/1/17) Dear Attendees who have bought advance tickets,
I was just told by the Brown Paper Tickets customer service that the REFUND would take 3 to 5 business days (in some cases up to 10 days).
The sad news about SHINJI's sudden illness was received early Friday morning last week. Today is the FIRST business day.
Another sad news is my mother, in Japan, had fallen ill two Thursdays ago. Though she is recovering, there are many obstacles and I will be in Japan 5/2/17 - 5/15/17 to be with her and handle issues which arose with her illness.
If you have any questions during my absence, please contact Brown Paper Tickets directly. 1-800-838-3006 24-hour customer service line.
I should still be able to receive emails for any questions as well, but my mother's situation is pretty bad, so my response may delay. I apologize in advance.
Sincerely,
Mariko
