STAND UP AGAINST RAPE is a Fundraiser to Recall Judge Aaron Persky in response to the Brock Turner Rape case.
Brock Turner, a Stanford student and elite swimmer, sexually assaulted an unconscious woman and was convicted of three felony sex offenses, including assault with intent to commit rape.
Judge Aaron Persky sentenced Brock Turner to only six months in prison, ignoring the statutory minimum sentence of two years. Turner served just three months in County Jail, serving one month for each felony sex crime committed.
Judge Persky has a record for bias outcome in favor of white, male athletes and went to Stanford himself.
Help us raise money to start collecting signatures in April 2017 to try and get Aaron Persky ON the ballot so we can vote him OFF. Otherwise he runs unopposed until 2022.
If we do not get him on the ballot he will not appear again until 2022
We need Judges who understand violence against women and take it seriously, Judge Persky does not.
