The Bernard and Reva Broder Memorial Concert
Hankus Netsky and Eden MacAdam-Somer, co-chairs of the New England Conservatory's Contemporary Improvisation Department, present an afternoon of Yiddish and Hassidic song and klezmer dance tunes. A multi-instrumentalist, composer, and ethnomusicologist, Hankus is a pioneer of the klezmer revival and founder and director of the Klezmer Conservatory Band, of which violinist and vocalist Eden is a member.
