Eliot Grasso is one of the foremost Irish musicians in North America. He has performed for the National Heritage Awards, for President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton at the National Endowment for the Arts Awards, and for Irish President Mary Robinson, Irish Ambassador to the United States Sean O hUigin, Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern, President of Sinn Féin Gerry Adams, and other heads of state. Eliot has performed at the John F. Brandon Vance is one of the foremost exponents of Scottish fiddling in North America. In 1999, he became the youngest to win the National Open Scottish Fiddling Championship. This achievement, which he repeated in 2001, launched Vance into a decades-long performing, teaching, and composing career that has brought collaboration with some of the finest creative minds in 21st-century music making. Vance has performed and taught internationally, serving as a guest lecturer at the University of Limericks Irish World Academy, as well as guest artist for the 50th Anniversary of the Armagh Pipers Club at the William Kennedy Piping Festival. http://www.brandonvance.com/bio/

Susan McCroskey Burke is in demand as a traditional dance fiddler and an anchor of the Celtic music scene in the Northwest. Her fiery and swingy style uniquely colors Irish, Scots and Cape Breton music. Currently she appears with several Northwest bands: Red Crow, The Home Rulers, The Yes Bees, Making Time, and others. Early years with the Scots fusion bands, Keltoi, and Dowry developed her strength in arranging and performing to a wide range of audiences. http://susanburkemusic.com/music/

Dan Carollo is a acoustic finger style guitarist who performs a blend of contemporary and traditional Irish/American tunes (primarily in DADGAD tuning). His music was also selected along with several other local artists to debut the City of Seattle's "On Call" music program in 2006, which features the music of local Northwest artists. Dan's recent release of "Miles from Dublin" was recently added to the Irish Traditional Music Archive in Dublin, Ireland and listed in the January/February 2007 issue of "The Journal of Music in Ireland". Music from his latest release "The Communion of Saints" was featured in the BBC tv program "Britian's Lost Routes" http://www.celtograss.com/AboutCeltoGrass.htm

The Tara Academy of Irish Dance is the creation of the Raney family. Founded in 1994 by Julie and Sara Raney, family involvement in the Tara Academy has grown to include sisters Erin, Mary, Colleen and Brigid, and parents Patrick and Barbara.
From their first steps with one of Seattle's original Irish dancing teachers, Jetta Commins, and on through their studies with Marie Gavaghan and Maureen Keene, ADCRG, the Raneys have always felt the highlight of Irish dancing to be family and community. In 2003 Tara Academy together with the Baile Glas Irish Dancers cofounded the Emerald City Feis, held every year in April. The teachers, dancers and families of the Tara Academy are pleased to be a part of the community of Irish dancing in the Pacific Northwest.  http://www.taraacademy.com/
