The Carolina Table: East Meets West
On Friday evening, November 2, from 7 10 pm, TerraVITA will host The Carolina Table: East Meets West at Chatham Mills in Pittsboro, NC. For the first time, tickets will be available to the public.
This event showcases three chefs one from the east, one from the west, and one from the Triangle - and a chocolatier and baker from Asheville, French Broad Chocolate Lounge. They work together to prepare a six-course meal centered on local ingredients. This year, the chefs include James Beard nominee Vivian Howard from Chef and The Farmer in Kinston, Cassie Parsons from Harvest Moon Grille in Charlotte, and Adam Rose from Il Palio in Chapel Hill.
There is a VERY limited number of seats available for this dinner.
