Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 15: Truffles & Beer
Did you know chocolate truffles can be categorized as European, Swiss and American? Andrea's Truffles' very own Andrea Davis takes it up a notch by incorporating a Southern Californian twist to everything she produces. How about adding bacon whiskey, honey or goat cheese to truffles?
For the next Fermented Pairings Series, White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler and Andrea's Truffles will be delivering unqiue and educational pairings using truffles & beer. Spend an hour and a half with us in our classroom setting discussing the production of chocolate, confectionery and all things truffle, while we pair five delicious creations with five White Labs beers.
