At Tippet Rise, we take great pride in offering uniquely intimate concert settings for audiences of fewer than 150 people. To facilitate this vision and allow as many people as possible to experience music at Tippet Rise, each household is limited to 4 tickets per concert for up to a total of 6 concerts for the 2017 Season.
Violinist Caroline Goulding has established a reputation as one of today's most exciting and inquisitive young artists. In 2017, she returns for her second season at Tippet Rise. Pianist David Fung and cellist Joshua Roman, both in the midst of exuberant international careers, join Caroline in their debut at the Art Center. The trio performs early 20th-century works by Maurice Ravel, Béla Bartók and Karol Szymanowski, including two sonatas for violin and piano by Ravel and Bartók as well as Mythes: Three Poems for violin and piano Op. 30, by Szymanowski.
