The Black Earth Movie Premiere

Saturday - Nov. 3rd 2012 at 9:30PM The Long Awatied Feature Version of The Black Earth will make it's first public showing at the Plaza, in Atlanta Georgia. The Award winning short film, of the same name, The Black Earth, spawned a cult following over 2011-2012. Making it one of the highest rated films of 2011 on IMDB along with the top 50 most viewed short films of all time on Onlineshortfilms.net.

The small town, Black Earth,Wisconsin has become the place for the Zombie Apocalyspe to begin, fortunately, there are two goofy redneck brothers that the town considers to be outcast and idiots that are going to save us all. The Ellis Brothers; Hank(Jefferson Traywick) and Johnny(Jon Dannelley) seem to be more concerned with keeping a steady supply of beer than trying to be heroes. But when their Visiting Cousin, Jake Ellis (Quinn Levandoski) is in trouble, they declare war on the Undead, of course they still get totally drunk in the process. Also starring, Jenny Nicole Helms, Sherri Eakin, Mark Hartz, Johnny M. Wahl, Don Cano, Dot Weathers, Dallas Isbell and Beer, lots of it.

Directed by James T. Warbington and Alex Traywick, this marks the first feature from the Family Curse Production company owned by C.L. Robbins, Corey Campbell and James T. Warbington. A slap stick comedy that that will make you laugh and possibly even become an alcoholic by association.

This will be the official premiere of The Black Earth and will be filled with cast, crew, directors and writers. This film is not rated, however, due to language, it would be considered PG-13. Seating is limited. The Theatre is not wheelchair accessible.
