Cheese with Altitude
The American Cheese Society will host its annual Festival of Cheese in its hometown of Denver, CO!
The Festival of Cheese features nearly 2,000 cheeses of every imaginable style and flavor profile from the 2017 American Cheese Society Judging & Competition, highlighting the winners and celebrating the accomplishments of artisan cheesemakers throughout the Americas.
In addition to an awe-inspiring assortment of cheeses, attendees can sample specialty accompaniments ranging from charcuterie to chocolate -- plus samples of cider, craft beer, and more.
As you exit the Festival, you will have the opportunity to browse the annual ACS Cheese Sale. Pick up some incredible artisan cheeses from producers around the country at amazing prices, all for a great cause! Cheese Sale proceeds benefit the nonprofit American Cheese Education Foundation (www.cheesefoundation.org).
