Les Dames Nashville's Lunch with Lidia

On Tuesday, October 25, the Nashville chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, along with Chef Margot McCormack of Margot Cafe and Marche, are honored to welcome best-selling cookbook author, television host, and restaurateur Lidia Bastianich for a three-course luncheon at Margot Cafe, featuring dishes inspired by the chef's latest book, "Lidia's Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine."

Chef Margot will create a menu that pulls inspiration from Lidia's recipes while incorporating the local and regional ingredients of Middle Tennessee. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, which will be paired with a selection of Bastianich wines, as well as a discussion with Lidia about her rich heritage in, and knowledge of, Italian cuisine and how she enjoys preparing fall ingredients.

Guests may add the purchase of a signed copy of "Lidia's Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine" to their ticket price and receive their book at the luncheon.

Tickets include tax and gratuity. A portion of the proceeds from the luncheon will go to the Les Dames d'Escoffier Nashville Scholarship Fund.
