THE BREW PROJECT AND PURE PROJECT PRESENTS: SERIES 01 - AN INAUGURAL PAIRING - A six course dinner with specialty beer tasting.
Join us on August 22nd from 6pm-9pm as The Brew Project's Executive Chef, Marc Brislin teams up with Head Brewer, Winslow Sawyer of San Diego's own Pure Project to bring you a memorable pairing experience that is guaranteed to satisfy all of San Diego's Foodies. This collaboration is the first of its kind for both parties, and we are excited to share this experience with you. See the menu below, which is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
