Saiko Sake Flights & Bites
We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting a representative from Dewazakura brewery of Yamagata prefecture for our next installment of the flights and bites series. Dewazakura brewery is one of the most well-known and respected sake breweries in Japan, and is credited with single-handedly reviving ginjo-style sake back in the 1980s. We are lucky to have them visit us here in San Diego, and hope you can join us for an evening of sake, tasty appetizers and fun! Price of admission is $30 and includes snacks paired with four different sakes from Dewazakura. Kanpai!
