Maltby Street Steak Lunch
Sat 21st July is the first of an irregular series of Maltby Street Lunches.
At each lunch we will have a different guest chef cooking some of the great produce available at Maltby Street on a Saturday.
Our first event is 21st July and is a steak and chips lunch cooked by Neil Rankin, the head chef of Pitt Cue Co, Soho.
@frontlinechef, as he is known on twitter, needs no introduction - The Greatest Steak Chef in the Universe will be cooking Cornish Food Club rib eye steaks and frying chips for all you lucky people who get tickets.
Our in-house gin palace, run by Sparrow Gin, will make a special cocktail to match your meat and the wonderful Sorbitium Ices will be on ice cream duty.
Bring your own plate, bowl and cutlery to eat with as we'll be awarding a prize to the best plate - think Commemorative plate for the Coronation of the King of Toga rather than Georgian Wedgwood.
All this for the meagre price of £19.
Tickets are timed but there is plenty space to sit down so you won't be chucked out of your seat until the gin palace closes.
