Hill Country Boucherie
We dont believe in wasting any parts of our animals, and neither do the chefs we work with! Join us on the farm for the Hill Country Boucherie starring renowned chefs from Memphis to New Orleans as they prepare a dinner centered on whole-animal utilization. Take advantage of this opportunity to engage with chefs from the front lines of the local food movement. Join us at 5 for craft cocktails, local beers and a chance to hang out with some of our favorite chefs from the Southeast. Dinner will begin at 7 and will feature a small plate from each chef highlighting a unique cut from Home Place Pastures beef, pork and lamb. The main course will be a whole hog and lamb pit-smoked on site. Well be teaming up with some local produce farms for veggies, and our favorite record store for all of our music needs. Tickets will be available online and half of the proceeds will be donated to the Southern Foodways Alliance. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more details!
