"TAMMY FAYE STARLITE PRESENTS HOLY WAR 2016: THE NEW REGIME"
Every four years, evangelical country chanteuse Miss Tammy Faye Starlite emerges from her Undisclosed Location and prevails upon the citizens of the 48 contiguous United States to vote for the candidate who will best serve this Christian nation. This year she brings her new crusade, "TAMMY FAYE STARLITE PRESENTS HOLY WAR 2016: THE NEW REGIME" to the Jews and other monied peoples around the tristate area to implore them to vote for the only true Candidate who will represent their higher moral selves and admit them entry into the Eternal Kingdom. Through song and monosyllabic rhetoric, she will stump for this Ultimate Candidate and whichever emissary He anoints to spread His seeds of Love, Racial Exclusion, and Opposite Marriage. His followers are missionaries, after all.
Cam Edwards, Host of the NRA's "Cam & Co", in "America's First Freedom", the National Rifle Associations, ahem, house organ, commented on a Tammy Faye performance he did not attend: "Recently in New York, the Brady Campaign put on a night of comedy to raise some money for the group, and in the process mock gun owners for being stupid rednecks. According to The Guardian, songstress Tammy Faye Starlite turned in an 'unsubtle yet fun' performance as a pro-gun Christian. Given that her songs include numbers like 'God Has Lodged A Tenant In My Uterus,' I'd say 'unsubtle' is an understatement. It makes me wonder if anyone from the Brady Campaigns, "God, Not Guns" program was there to witness their faith being mocked, but if there were, I'm sure they understood it was all for a good cause. Besides, they weren't being mocked. It was those gun-owning, churchgoing, hillbillies that were being mocked. Oddly enough, at almost the exact same time Tammy Faye Starlite was cracking her first joke about those Jesus-worshiping rubes, a group of gun-owning, churchgoing gentlemen from rural Tennessee were saving a little girls life."
Upon hearing of her name being referenced in this context, Tammy Faye commented, "I'm so proud and honored to have been recognized by the NRA as they defend my favorite amendment: Number 2."
