Meatless Monday with The Herbivorous Butcher and Red Stag Supperclub
Chefs Brian Crouch and Andrew Ernst have crafted a 3-course dinner for $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity), served alongside Brooklyn Brewery pairings, showcasing their creativity with an all meat-free meal featuring The Herbivorous Butcher products.

Second Course Korean Short Rib (vegan), carrot potsticker, umami mushroom broth, bok choy
