Speakers include several Kaiser Permanente physicians from across Northern California (Neurologists, Cardiologist, Emergency Department/EMS Director, and Physical Medicine and Rehab); physicians from the Neurovascular Program at UCSF; and from the Brain Injury Network of the Bay Area.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if notified at least 30 days prior to the event. After August 8th, a $25 fee will be assessed.
