"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods. With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious 5 course dishes including a dessert. The theme of June event will be the beginning of summer.
June is a part of the rainy season in Japan and it is also the beginning of summer. You can see Hydrangea blooming everywhere in June.
This time, I am going to serve "Kaiseki" for you to enjoy the month of June along with this theme and I am going to use lots of local and seasonal ingredients to cook this "Kaiseki" course. I hope you will enjoy it.
