Featuring: Crawfish, Catfish, Alligator, Oysters, Shrimp, Crab, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Sausages, Dogs, Desserts, Wings, Garlic Noodles, Beignets.

Louisiana Foods, Southern BBQ & Asian/Cajun Fusion cuisine.

Live Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, Jazz & Country Music on two stages.  Dance Lessons.

Cooking Demonstrations, Kids Zone, Marketplace, Crawfish & Alligator Races.

Pass a Good Time at Contraband Bayou.  Jean Lafitte's Pirate Encampment & Marketplace.  Visit the Pirates of the Silver Realm.  See Real Pirates & Buccaneers.

Bayou Stage with Live Cajun & Zydeco Music & Dance Lessons.
Featuring Zydeco on Our Minds, Zydeco Flames, Mark St. Mary, Blue Box Bayou Band, Mumbo Gumbo.  More TBA.

Have a Fire on the Bayou, Crawfish Mary or Hurricane at the Bayou Bar.

Visit the Garden District where Chef Rhonda Barsotti of the Art Institute of Sacramento will be doing cooking demonstrations throughout the day.

Let the Good Times Roll on Bourbon Street and join the Mardi Gras "Second Line".  Eat some raw oysters, sip America's First Cocktail "The Sazerac (1893)" or experience Absinthe at North America's First Bar "Lafitte's Blacksmith's Shop Bar".  Constructed in the French/Spanish colony during the 18th century, and has been called the oldest structure in the U.S. housing a bar.  Listen to some Jazz, Blues or Country Music at the Bourbon St. Stage with City of Trees Brass Band, Dennis Johnson & the Mississippi Ramblers, Nickle Slots, and more TBA.

Admission:  Two tickets for $15.  Kids 15 and under Free with adult.  FOOD, DRINKS & PARKING NOT INCLUDED IN ADMISSION PRICE. No In-and-Out privileges during event. Discount Tickets on Line: 2 tickets for $15   Living Social or Brown Paper Tickets.

Sunday September 11 is THANK OUR TROOPS DAY.  Free Admission for Military Families with Military Photo ID.
