Arts & Social Change is a regional symposium for arts administrators, artists, social service professionals, government staff, and community leaders to address the role that the arts can play in creating awareness, inspiring understanding and developing policies to address social change. The symposium is an interagency effort between Washington State Arts Commission (WSAC) with the Wallace Foundation, 4Culture, Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs (OACA), Seattle Center and FESTAL, Seattle Office for Civil Rights, and The Association of American Cultures (TAAC).
