Mattie B's Cider Class
Mattie Beason spent four days in Portland helping to teach the first ever Cider Certification class in Portland, Oregon this past February. He hopes to bring some of that knowledge to you in a 45 minute tasting where he will speak about the four major regions of cider production and the differences as they pertain to the different types of cider. There will be four different tastes offered during the class.
