JCS Spring Fundraiser / International Jazz Day 2016
For our Headliner this year we are privileged to be joined by Grammy© Award winning trumpeter Brian Lynch, who will be performing with the Twin Cities Latin Jazz Orchestra. We'll be featuring live performances from other great JCS artists throughout the afternoon.
When: April 30th, 2016. Doors at 12:30 Lite Fare provided, and raffles for prizes from our generous sponsors between sets.
Schedule of Performances:
1:00pm-4:30pm three Jazz Central Studios Favorites
1:00pm - 2:00pm The Haining/Graf Quintet.
Special Guest Performances by Debbie Duncan, Andrew Walesch and Sarah M. Greer
2:15pm - 3:15pm The Javier Santiago Trio
featuring Dan Carpel and Miguel Hurtado.
3:30pm - 4:30pm The Vinson Valega Group
featuring Anton Denner and Chris Bacas.
Then, at 4:45pm-6:00pm Grammy© Award Winner Brian Lynch featured with Twin Cities Latin Jazz Orchestra and special guest Guitarist Andres Prado
All proceeds from the event will go towards much needed funding of JCS operating expenses. Funding supports our mission to foster and grow the Twin Cities jazz community through collaboration, experience and education.
