Sunday Sounds feat. The Songwriter's Orchestra

Sunday Sounds is the bimonthly intimate music series at 61 Local in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, curated by local musician Jess Best. This show will feature The Songwriter's Orchestra, a unique twelve piece ensemble of strings, winds, brass and percussion that accompanies singer-songwriters in new arrangements of their songs. Founded by arranger/conductor Solomon Hoffman, the ensemble includes musicians that have trained at Juilliard, Manhattan School of Music, The New School and Eastman.

This performance will feature Jess Best, Dawn Cantwell, Olivia Harris, Grace McLean, Kenita Miller, Claire Randall, Taylor Simone and Nicole Weiss.

Musicians: Imogen Morrall (flute), Julie Pacheco (clarinet), Alex Davis (bassoon), Anthony Limoncelli (trumpet), Avery Roth-Hawthorne (horn), Mariel Bildsten (trombone), Jordan Lee (violin), Kevin Kuh (violin), Jay Julio (viola), Vivian Ludford (cello), Mark Ziegler (bass) and Douglas Chew (percussion)
