2012 - COACH - 08/02 - Fall - All Day Intensive Boot Camp

Gotham Girls Roller Derby is thrilled to invite you to join us for a 2 day training intensive held on August 4th and 5th from 9-2pm. All our boot camps are taught by members of the GGRD coaching committee. This camp will incorporate advanced roller derby skills as well as a focus on jamming and blocking strategies that will culminate in an application of skills in game scenarios.

GGRD Boot Camps are designed for skaters who already know how to play roller derby. They are open ONLY to female skaters who have passed their WFTDA Skills Tests and are placed on a team in an existing league. If you are new to derby, Fresh Meat, or are an unaffiliated skater, we offer Rec League classes for beginning skaters.

The cost for both days is $200. Individual day passes may be purchased for $125.

Injured/fresh meat/non skating attendees may observe the camp for a fee of $40. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel this class and issue refunds with one week of notice in the case of insufficient interest. There are NO refunds if you are unable to attend the class or do not meet the eligibility requirements.
