INTERROBANGARANG 2016
Welcome to the Interrobangarang 2016, a fundraiser gala designed by the imaginative minds behind Gilliam the Cloud Whale and Maurice the Galactopus. We're transforming a beautiful space on St. Claude into the ultimate Mardi Gras decompression party. Come catch some sets by amazing artists, explore and adventure through the venue, and play on top of the Galactopus in all her glory overlooking historic Rally's #8612.
Musical stylings will be provided by the nasty fusion pioneers of Naughty Professor, and the innovative and always stylish Lagniappe Brass Band, with a special performance by the neck-hair-ticklers of The No Counts! We will dance into the night with magical DJ sets from Quickie Mart, DJ Sir Real, Nick the Swede, and Kerem. Immerse yourself in pure spaces of delight, mystery, and psychedelia and enjoy cocktails and dancing with the mad scientists of Interrobang Parading Krewe. Delectable eats provided by the savvy chefs of Congreso Cubano.
Fall into spatial reemergence, dive through the double helix of sense, indulge in the hypnotic divinity of an evening that very quickly will reign unforgettable in the minds of those whose brain cells may just be returning from a Lenten vacation. Plug it in. Turn it on. Spin it around. See where it leads.
