Music Makers and Stigma Shakers: A Benefit Concert to Break the Silence on Mental Illness
Join us for the 2nd annual Music Makers and Stigma Shakers: A Benefit Concert to Break the Silence on Mental Illness, and experience a great evening of live music and mental health awareness.
This event includes performances by Zerbin, Vince Vaccaro, and Sam Weber, as well as brief educational presentations about mental health - from both personal and professional perspectives. All funds raised will go to two amazing local charities who do great work in our community: NEED 2 Suicide Prevention, Education, and Support, and the Victoria branch of the BC Schizophrenia Society.
If you're a student, you can access $20 hard copy tickets through the UVic Mental Health Awareness Club (http://www.facebook.com/uvicmentalhealth or uvicmentalhealthclub@gmail.com).
