Team USA Bootcamp
Team USA puts on a full two day boot camp in Feasterville, PA before the 2012 East Coast Derby Extravaganza kicks off this June!

Buy a full bootcamp pass, a day pass, or even just a class pass (*early arrival for individual class sign up is suggested to ensure the class you want; those buying full day/full bootcamp passes will be guaranteed access to ALL classes).

We will also be offer a three-hour coaching seminar taught on Friday from Noon - 3PM by world champion coaching team Buster Cheatin' and (Endless) Justin as well as Team USA captain Joy Collision.

An off skates Junior Roller Derby clinic will be taught by our manager Vivien LeighEmOut on Friday from 9-10:55AM. Each child is allowed one parental companion.

Tentative Schedule:

Thursday June 21st

1:00-2:00 -Intros, Registration
2:00-2:55  Session 1. Smarty and Punch. Endurance and conditioning.
3:05-3:55 - Session 2. Smarty and Punch. Basic skating, edges, skills
4:05-4:55 - Session 3. Jukeboxx and Varla. Agility and stops.
5:05-5:55 - Session 4. Acid and Whitey. Blocking.
6:05-6:55 - Session 5. Shenita and Varla. Advanced blocking.
7:05-8 - Session 6. Teflon and Jukeboxx. Scenarios and Strategy.

Friday June 22nd

7:00-8 - Registration
8:00-8:55 - Session 7. Suzy and Diva. Endurance and conditioning.
9:05-9:55 - Session 8. Juska and Atom. Form, speed skating.
10:05-10:55 - Session 9. Claire and Addy. Agility.
11:05-11:55 - Session 10. Suzy and Medusa. Jammer skills.
12:05-12:55 - Session 11. Slaydie and Snot. Blocking.
1:05-1:55 - Session 12. Disco and Joy. Advanced Blocking.
2:05-3:00 - Session 13. Donna and Fisti. Scenarios and strategy.

Q&A

Question: if i just wanted to attend session 10 and 11 i would buy 2 $15 tickets? would i have to worry about them filling up?
Answer: Correct. You would need to purchase to $15 tickets. I will go into registration and add the option to include which classes you are buying the individual passes for.
 
Question: Are any sessions co-ed?
Answer: All are. Classes are open to both men and women as long as they ar eover 18.
 
Question: Hey. I am a registered skater at ECDX using CRDI instead of USARS/WFTDA for insurance. I assume this is acceptable for this boot camp as well. I noted it was CRDI on my orer form.
Answer: That's fine.
 
Question: Is Friday no longer an option as a spectator or participant?
Answer: Friday is sold out to skaters; spectator passes are available now though.
 
Question: "early arrival for individual class sign up is suggested to ensure the class you want; those buying full day/full bootcamp passes will be guaranteed access to ALL classes" What happens if we purchase for a single class, arrive early as suggested, but it's "full" - is there any way to guarantee a seat in the next session of the same information?
Answer: As long as you fill out the question at the end of your purchase which asks what class you wanted it for, you will be automatically on that class list. Friday is at this time completely sold out for inidividual passes and full day passes.
 
Question: Hi. I'm coming from NZ and I don't have a USARS/WFTDA number. My insurance coverage is from overseas. Can I still do the bootcamp?
Answer: Yes. We will just have you sign a waiver.
 
Question: I know time is still TBD for the coaching clinic, but is the date TBD too? Thursday/Friday?
Answer: The coaching seminar will be on Friday.
 
Question: Is this bootcamp open to all levels?
Answer: The bootcamp i s open to all levels.
 
Question: I will be unable to attend this even t due to a death in the family. Am I able to get a refund?
