Join us at the bayou-tiful Rain Lily Farm for Farmhouse Deliverys 4th Annual Fais Do-Do & Gumbo Cook Of. It's a raucous afternoon of gumbo-eating, complimentary drinks, and live music from Cajun dancehall band The Gulf Coast Playboys!

Fais do-do (pronounced fay dough-dough) is an affectionate term for dance party in Cajun culture, and we are ready to let the good times roll. Thirteen teams will be vying for the hearts and taste buds of our judges and attendees, and only one roux can rule them all.

All proceeds will benefit Urban Roots, a local non-profit who provides Austin's youth community with workshops on sustainable agriculture and healthy lifestyles, and teaches life and job skills along with food justice issues, while providing them with hands-on experience in farming and at hunger relief organizations.
