Laughs & Drafts Presents: Jimmy Pardo and Jon Schabl
Jimmy Pardo hosts the groundbreaking Never Not Funny podcast and the annual Pardcast-a-Thon fundraiser benefiting Smile Train. He spent six years as Conan O'Brien's opening act at "CONAN" tapings, where he appeared on the show as a panel guest, field correspondent, and guest co-host. He also hosted the unconventional celebrity backstage interview series The Pardo Patrol for TeamCoco.com. This summer he hosted Science Channel's competition series Race to Escape. Over the years Jimmy has also been seen on such shows as Comedy Bang Bang, @Midnight, Maron and Monk. seasoned veteran of comedy clubs and late night television, Jimmy Pardo has appeared on such shows as "The Tonight Show", "Conan", "The Late Late Show" and his own half hour special on Comedy Central.
Jon Schabl is a stand up comedian originally from Toronto, Canada. In 2011 he was nominated for and competed in the Fresh Meat stand-up competition and in 2012 released a half-hour special for iChannel. He now works with Comedy Records; Canada's first and only independent label and through released his newest EP. He now makes his home in Los Angeles. Shortly after moving to LA began touring with Jimmy Pardo and was a featured performer on Never Not Funny's 'Write Now!' for the Nerdist Network. In the last several years he has made numerous festival appearances including 2012 and 2014 NXNE music festivals, 2014 and 2015 San Francisco Sketchfest and 2015 Riot LA festival
