Hoppy Valentines...A Night of Perfect Pairings
On Saturday, February 13, Primal Alchemy Catering is pairing a farm to table dinner with Brouwerij West Brewery Beers for an unforgettable Valentines Celebration.
Set in the new event space at the Brewery, you will arrive to aphrodisiac appetizers paired with a complimentary tasting of 5 Brouwerij beers to start off the evening.
Sway to the French-Gypsy swing music of Hedgehog Swing and capture the memory with a picture in our Lovers Only photo boothbehind curtains if you dare.
Following the passed appetizer reception, you will take your seat at the farm table where you will be welcomed by Chef Paul Buchanan and Brewer Brian Mercer as they share with you an intimate look into why they are passionate about their craft. You will then be tantalized with course after course of farm fresh, hand-crafted foods from the Primal Alchemy kitchen. Your seat is yours for the eveningno rush, just a relaxing, delectable evening with you and your love.
Chef Paul and Brewer Brian are currently meeting with farmers and suppliers to design a seasonal menu to blow your mind. We will post as soon as it is finaland, as you know, it is always subject to change at chef's whim.
The Beer Tasting during the appetizers is complementary, however, additional beer and wine will be available for purchase from Brouwerij the night of the event.
