The Art of Jewish Food, powered by the J, celebrates Jewish food and culture through food, film and author events. More than just sustenance, food is a reflection of a community's history, culture and values. Jewish food is a diverse cuisine that has evolved over many centuries, shaped by Jewish dietary laws (kashrut) and the economics, agriculture, and culinary traditions of the many countries where Jewish communities have existed.
