Club Entrepreneur Duluth: Dr. Rolf T. Weberg - UMD's Natural Resources Research Institute
Tuesday, December 15 features a presentation by Dr. Rolf T. Weberg, Executive Director of UMD's Natural Resources Research Institute. He is responsible for the operation, integration and performance of the Institute and its 130 full time and 40+ part time and student employees in fulfilling the University of Minnesota's applied research role in natural resource and economic development as chartered by the Minnesota Legislature in 1983. NRRI is recognized as a model for bridging the University of Minnesota and state stakeholders to define, develop and deliver research solutions that balance economic development and entrepreneurial support with natural resource and environmental management.

Sponsored by Kitchi Gammi Club member Craig Simonson, Club Entrepreneur - Duluth is a community of business professionals who meet on the third Tuesday of each month at the Kitchi Gammi Club for networking, idea sharing and presentations from some of the area's most respected innovators, catalysts and thought leaders.
During each lunch session, you'll have a chance to enjoy a meal, chat with peers and strengthen your network of personal and professional relationships. There will be a speaker presentation on an informative topic that provides practical, actionable ideas. The purpose behind each session is provide you with the encouragement to go back to your office just a little bit smarter, savvier and more energized than when you left for lunch.
All monthly meetings are open to the public. You may also choose to become a member of the Club Entrepreneur community, which will allows you unlimited access to a video library of previous speaker presentations and a searchable database of active members.
Our mission is to provide timely support to Duluth's established and emerging business leaders, help them strengthen their professional networks and develop productive business relationships, and provide them with actionable, innovative ideas.

NOTE: Online sales end 24 hours prior to this event. Reservations are not available within 24 hours; you may walk-in, however you are not guaranteed a spot. Walk-ins will be admitted based on availability. Within the 24 hour event window, tickets increase to $40.00.
