2012 Culinary Clash

On Wednesday May 23, 2012, four celebrated, local chefs and their teams will bring knives and know-how to the first annual Culinary Clash, a "Chopped-style", cooking competition. Culinary Clash will showcase four cooking teams each composed of a local chef, public official and corporate representative, tasked with creating the winning dish using "surprise" food ingredients. Join us as teams compete for culinary bragging rights, while raising funds to support the dreams of local food entrepreneurs.

Tickets at $40 are available to the public on a limited basis. Doors open at 5 pm.
The price of admission includes food and wine samplings and a souvenir glass.

Culinary Clash takes place at Kitchen@812, a new non-profit business food incubator located at 812 San Pablo Avenue in Pinole, CA. All proceeds benefit the programs at Kitchen@812.
