Now For Something Completely Different!
This is a not to be missed event. Those of you that know, don't need convincing. Sean Paxton, aka the homebrew chef, and Firestone Walker come together to produce a 10 course dinner paired with at least 10 beers. Your mouth will thank you for attending this event. This year the theme is English Pub food meets Brouwer's Cafe food meets Firestone Walker beer, titled For Now Something Completely Different.
