Food 101 is turning 16! Join us for a celebration "Ghost's from Chef's Past" featuring our past and current head chef's:
Jordan Wakefield - sous 2007-2010, Now exec chef/owner "Smoke Ring"
Ryan Smith - sous 2010-2011, Now exec chef "Southbound"
Ron Eyester - exec chef 2001-2003, 2005-2009, Now chef/owner "Rosebud, Family Dog, Diner"
Justin Keith - current exec chef 2001-present,
Cooper Sweat - current sous chef 2012-present.

The evening will be an exclusive event with cocktail hour beginning at 6:00PM. The 5 Course Dinner with wine and beer pairings from Orpheus, Sweetwater Brewery, Biltmore Winery, The Last Colony and Ale Sharpton will partake from 7:00-9:00PM at Food 101. We will be featuring live music throughout the evening along with special one on one time from our exclusive chef's.
