Sicilian Natural Wine Seminar at Aurora Provisions
Devenish is very lucky to work with the three top wine makers in Sicily: Frank Cornelissen, Andrea Occhipinti, and Andrea Franchetti. All three of them make wines that fall somewhere on the natural scale so Ned is going to lead a seminar exploring the three producers and characteristics of Sicilian wine on the evening of Thursday the 22nd.
We'll sample 6 different wines representing the three wine makers paired with some light food provided by Aurora.
